Integration with Ringba & Retreaver
Ringba and Retreaver are call tracking systems that help call centers, marketers, and offices across many industries. It's our pleasure to announce that we've integrated them with Telemined, so you won't need to manually upload your calls — we'll automate it for you.
Simply input your API key into the corresponding third-party application on the "Integrations" page under "Settings". You'll be able to…

Compliance Features
You'll often need your agents or employees to recite a specific phrase. With Telemined's Compliance feature, you can easily determine if those conditions are met.
Locate the "Compliance" feature in the "Settings" page, where you can add multiple phrases you'd like the AI to notice. By adjusting the "Compliance Threshold", you can also check for related words and phrases.
Once activated, the "Compliance" column will appear in the "Call Library", so you can quickly identify which calls satisfy the parameters you set.
Teams Page
On the Telemined dashboard, you'll be greeted with your overall team performance, highlighting all your team members' conversational strengths and weaknesses. However, if you want to evaluate individual team members, you can find the information in the "Teams" page, available across all Telemined Plans.
With the "Teams" page, you can filter your Dashboard by an individual's performance, finding their unique strengths and any pain points they might face. You can even see your whole team at a glance and quickly see where they can improve.
Comparison Metrics
Don't know if your team is improving with our program? Telemined tracks the statistics, so you won't have to.
You can track your team's performance day to day, week to week, and month to month! For each metric shown, we'll let you know how much the number has changed relative to the uploaded calls. These toggles are on the Dashboard and Teams pages.
